Refund policy
Return and replacement:
We at byfaith.in shall make all endeavors to deliver defect free products to the purchasers. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to us within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
If the Products are received in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please take a picture of the product/package and send it to us within 48 hours. Also, please call our customer care at +91 8904470747 or email us at sales@byfaith.in mentioning your Order ID. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money, whichever is preferred. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact , unopened / unused without damage, when you return the product.
This is not applicable to food and flowers. If you have a specific complaint with regards to food and/or flowers please call us on +91 8904470747 within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your Products are shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
